HOME – TREATMENT
Anchor Behavioral Health’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured mental health and substance use treatment for individuals who need more support than traditional weekly therapy but do not require residential or inpatient care. Our program allows individuals to receive comprehensive treatment while continuing to live at home and maintain work, school, and family responsibilities. Through evidence-based therapy, peer support, and individualized care plans, our clinical team helps clients build the skills needed to achieve long-term stability and recovery.
Anchor Behavioral Health’s Outpatient Program provides flexible, supportive care for individuals who need ongoing mental health or substance use treatment while continuing with their daily responsibilities. This level of care is designed for clients who benefit from regular therapeutic support but do not require the more intensive structure of an Intensive Outpatient Program. Our outpatient services focus on helping individuals build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional wellness, and address challenges related to mental health and substance use. Through personalized treatment plans and professional clinical support, clients receive the guidance they need to make meaningful progress toward recovery and stability.

At Anchor Behavioral Health, we use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide structured, effective care for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.
CBT helps individuals identify negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to emotional distress or unhealthy habits. Through this approach, clients learn to challenge unhelpful thinking, develop healthier responses, and build practical coping strategies for everyday life.
DBT helps individuals improve emotional regulation, manage stress, and strengthen relationships through skill-building and structured support. This approach is especially helpful for developing mindfulness, distress tolerance, communication skills, and healthier ways to respond to difficult emotions.
At Anchor Behavioral Health, we understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. Our team is here to make the process simple, supportive, and confidential. Whether you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one, we are ready to guide you toward the care and stability you deserve.
